Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the MHS business and operations in Asia.
- Support business development and deliver cranes budget revenue and profit.
- Undertake client visits to support specific projects as required including international travel and/or offshore visits.
- Responsible for the overall running of the project and work with Operations on scheduling and management of resources.
- Provide leadership onsite via a detailed technical understanding of cranes and lifting services.
- Provide technical assistance to onshore and offshore maintenance personnel as required.
- Provide project reporting to the Management on progress, commercial, schedules, etc.
- Ensure all contracts and projects are delivered safely.
- Perform risk assessments for field work and compile work packages.
- Focal point for all QHSE related matters on the project.
- Ensure all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance programs and practices are followed to ensure maximum uptime for all Company equipment.
- Preparation of detailed reports (FEED submissions, work packs) and mechanical maintenance procedures.
- Management of offshore workforce on projects and interact between workforce and client management.
- Investigation of equipment and component failures.
- Technical writing of reports, manuals and procedures for project and maintenance activities.
- Support to review/prepare management reports and preparation of proposals may be added, if not explicitly covered.
- Preparation and issuance of all engineering drawings, technical documents.
- Adhering to company and client document control standards, ensuring consistent checking/approval of drawings and data.
- Log and control all project man-hours and assign to client/project accounts as appropriate in an auditable manner.
- Preparation of draft invoices for reimbursable work carried out.
- Ensure that the monthly billing process is seamless through the correct paperwork being approved and presented on time.

- Leadership skills in managing a sizable team of crane engineers, technicians, operators and field personnel

- QHSE skills in delivering behavioural based safety management and understanding of implementation and adherence to processes
- Analytical, mathematical skills associated with large industrial mechanical machinery
