Senior Crane Technician (Electrical) - EnerMech

 Roles & Responsibilities

  • This role is on a call out basis and perform below scopes in line with API RP 2D 7 Company’s requirement.
  • Carry out quarterly, half yearly and annual or any other Company set Inspections and Maintenance on all cranes at offshore platforms.
  • Carry out hydraulic hoses and wire ropes change-out program.
  • Participation and compliance with the Permit to Work system.
  • Carryout corrective maintenance.
  • Perform inspection on all lifting/rigging equipment on platform at set frequency and provide a detailed report.
  • Perform scheduled sampling oil & grease, analysis for crane equipment.
  • Electrical technician shall perform preventive, corrective and inspection of the related electrical and instrumentation on offshore cranes and lifting equipment.


Requirements

  • Engineering Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years of working experience related to total maintenance of offshore pedestal crane and other lifting equipment.
  • Experienced in offshore crane and lifting equipment & rigging operation, maintenance & inspection.
  • Experienced in Electrical inspection, troubleshooting of crane’s electrical, SLI, hydraulic systems.
