The Toolpusher is responsible for overseeing all drilling activities on a jackup rig, ensuring operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The Toolpusher plays a critical role in managing the rig crew, coordinating with onshore support, and maintaining equipment readiness. This position requires extensive experience in jackup rig operations, leadership skills, and a strong commitment to safety.
